Although individual therapy is focused on your specific needs and goals, my approach uses themes of acceptance, self-compassion, and our shared human experience to structure our work together. Often the behaviors and feelings that we feel indicate a problem, are no more than reasonable human reactions.  Together, we can unpack the baggage we all carry, get comfortable with the messiness of it all, and make space for new thoughts, feelings, and intentionality in our life.
